Website Status:
Lori has been filling her brain with useful knowledge in Web Development these days. It is my hope that I will have this course finished and can create the website I dream about soon. Right now I am anticipating to have the "real deal" up and running for the first day of spring. If life cooperates, I would like to see it up by the beginning of March. Stay tuned, we will let everyone know when it is ready to go.
When the website is finished, we plan on having exciting places such as an "Education" centre, a gallery, an "Inspiration" centre, and so much more.
Shipping: When you send us your order we will do our best to get it out to you as soon as possible. This means, out to you in 1-2 business days from the time we receive payment. We will be shipping Canada Post, and all shipping fees will be exactly what we have been charged. We encourage you to request additional insurance for items over $100.
Payments: As we are just starting out, payments at this time are by Interact Email Money transfer, cheque and money order. Of course, if you choose to pay by check, there will be a 10 day delay from receipt of payment to ensure that it clears. Just let us know how you would like to pay when you order and we will go forward from there.
Returns: All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defect. If you encounter problems with your product, simply return it to us within 2 weeks and we would be glad to refund your money, less the shipping expenses. We take extra steps to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and craftsmanship. That is the beauty of hand crafted items as opposed to lower quality mass-produced items.
Allergy/Sensitivity information: If you have any specific allergies and or sensitivities to specific ingredients or metals, send us a note, we can remake a piece in another metal if necessary or maybe even make you a custom-blended bath salt.
