I can hardly believe it is almost Valentines day already! I really hope that the pace keeps up until Spring arrives. With all of the snow and the cold we have had this winter, I am sure that I am not the only one developing a very bad case of Cabin Fever! It must be getting close to Rendezvous time! (To the non-northerners, Rendezvous is a time when winter is almost done, the weather has warmed up to a balmy -10 degrees Celsius, and us northerners get out for tea-boiling, log cutting, flour packing, dog sledding, snowball fighting and snojourning and then go and watch a good-ol CanCan dance!)

Website Status
Lori is still plugging away at her web development course and we are still aiming to have the "real" website and running for the first day of spring.
The other stuff:
Shipping: When you send us your order we will do our best to get it out to you as soon as possible. This means, out to you in 1-2 business days from the time we receive payment. We will be shipping Canada Post, and all shipping fees will be exactly what we have been charged. We encourage you to request additional insurance for items over $100.
Payments: As we are just starting out, payments at this time are by Interact Email Money transfer, cheque and money order. Of course, if you choose to pay by check, there will be a 10 day delay from receipt of payment to ensure that it clears. Just let us know how you would like to pay when you order and we will go forward from there.
Returns: All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defect. If you encounter problems with your product, simply return it to us within 30 days and we would be glad to refund your money, less the shipping expenses. We take extra steps to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and craftsmanship. That is the beauty of hand crafted items as opposed to lower quality mass-produced items.
Allergy/Sensitivity information: If you have any specific allergies and or sensitivities to specific ingredients or metals, send us a note, we can remake a piece in another metal if necessary or maybe even make you a custom-blended bath salt.
